  對(dui)比母(mu)座(zuo)測試良率,pogopin探針模(mo)組針對(dui)BTB連接(jie)(jie)器母(mu)座(zuo)幾乎(hu)無法(fa)實現(xian),穩定性極差。大(da)部分采用觸摸方(fang)案對(dui)應(ying),母(mu)座(zuo)測試良率不到80%;母(mu)座(zuo)上有一種特別的大(da)電流(liu)彈片微針模(mo)塊對(dui)應(ying)方(fang)法(fa)。將斜口型(也(ye)稱尖(jian)頭(tou)型)彈片頭(tou)插(cha)入連接(jie)(jie)器內(nei)端子,以(yi)保持一定的開度,從而保障彈片的接(jie)(jie)觸面(mian)和接(jie)(jie)觸面(mian)BTB連接(jie)(jie)器端子兩側保持接(jie)(jie)觸狀態,使測試穩定,母(mu)座(zuo)測試良率高達99.8%。

 
 大電流彈片微針(zhen)模塊測試(shi)效率(lv)高,穩定性好(hao)。與同一產(chan)品測試(shi)前后相(xiang)比(bi),連接器基本上看不到刺痕,不會對產(chan)品造成任何損(sun)壞pogopin探針(zhen)電池測試(shi)模塊更值(zhi)得(de)選擇和信賴(lai)。
